DRAWNOUT by Lindsay Douglas the exhibit is a series of eleven artworks that unearth the often unnoticed details of our built environment to reveal the hidden stories of beauty within our inner western suburbs.
As a local architect and artist, Lindsay finds the Western Suburbs a rich source of inspiration, his drawings are meticulously planned, highly detailed and super scaled for this exhibition.
The exhibition launches during the Heritage Hobsons Bay Festival, the theme of which is 'Unearthed'.
Presented in partnership with Hobsons Bay City Council and Art & Industry Projects.

When Lindsay isn’t putting pen to paper for the love of art, he’s doing it for architecture.
Founding Dig Design in 2002, Lindsay has forged a very successful career in architecture.
He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects, former president of the Building Designers Association of Victoria (now Design Matters National) and former president of the National Association of Building Designers.
